What is Krav Maga?
It is a self-defense system that emphasizes instinctive movements, practical techniques in a realistic manner. We will provide you the tools that you need to protect yourself in a minimal amount of time.
What will Krav Maga give you?
Fitness: Because of the methodology, you will become more fit. Krav Maga will aid you in losing weight, looking better and feeling better! Krav Maga will help you lose inches on your waist and years onto your life!
Confidence: Krav Maga will not make you invincible, but it will empower you with real confidence. Hesitation will be taken out of the equation. You will stand straighter, talk more sure and develop a look that says I can take care of myself!
Self-defense: From identifying threatening situations, low level self-defense encounters to high level threats on your life, Krav Maga will provide quick realistic answers to these and other situations
Fighting: You will learn combative principles & techniques. Punches, kicks, elbow strikes and knees are just some of the techniques that you will learn. You will learn how to fight on your feet and you will learn how to fight on the ground. Krav Maga is NOT a sport and prepares you to stay safe in real world applications!

CLASSES OFFERED
INTRO TO KRAV MAGA
This half-hour non-intensive class is designed to introduce you to the basic concepts of Krav Maga. The emphasis is on balance, stance, and movement. We touch on key aspects of self-defense such as distance, body language, assualt cues and other types of predictive behavior indicating assualt. A perfect segway to our Basic Class and great for the new student.
KRAV MAGA BASIC
Learn basic combatives and self-defense techniques and do so while you get in shape! Learn how to properly and effectively punch, kick and use all your body as a weapon. Learn how to defend against choke holds, wrist grabs and other common attacks. This is an upbeat class which promises results. Lose weight, get fit, learn how to fight and go home safe!
KRAV MAGA ADVANCED
Taking Krav Maga to the next step! Here you will learn punching combinations, advanced kicks, ground defenses and more. Learn self-defense against higher levels of force and attacks. By this point you will have found yourself to be in much better shape, more mentally focused, more confident and really enjoying KRAV MAGA!
KO/KM CARDIO COMBATIVES
Get a knock out (KO) workout with this incredible cardiovascular/fitness program that is based on Krav Maga Combative's! Spend an hour punching, kicking, and otherwise hammering away calories, stress and much much more. A great and fun way to reduce the weight of the world in our lifes!
GROUND SELF-DEFENSE
Krav Maga covers self defense from the standing all the way to the ground. This class puts it's primary emphasis on self defense when you are put in compromising positions such as the ground or other such surfaces where you may find yourself on your back or engaged in a wrestling type battle. Learn some great joint locks, submission skills, and how they go great with Krav Maga Combative's!
